Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs are having a great recruiting cycle for the class of 2025. They have already landed the commitments of 22 elite high school athletes, including three 5-star prospects. Georgia has extended offers to 280 high school athletes so far.

The Bulldogs' 2025 class is currently ranked as the fourth-best in the nation by 247Sports. Acquiring a few more high-quality prospects will help them crack the top-3 mark. Let's take a look at the three best athletes the Georgia Bulldogs have managed to land from the class of 2025.

Top three high school players who committed to the Georgia Bulldogs

#3 Elyiss Williams

Elyiss Williams, the five-star recruit from Camden County High School, became the latest prospect from the class of 2025 to announce his commitment to the Georgia Bulldogs. On Aug. 4, he chose the Bulldogs over other top schools such as Florida State, UCF, and Tennessee.

Williams talked about his decision and the program's head coach, Kirby Smart.

"The talks with coach Smart and coach Hartley stood out," the five-star recruit told On3's Hayes Fawcett. "I grew up on the Georgia Bulldogs! I have an opportunity to stay home and be a part of the dynasty; that’s a tough decision to deny."

Williams is ranked no. 23 in the nation and is the best tight end from the class of 2025, as per On3 Industry Rankings. He is also the fifth-best overall prospect from the state of Georgia.

#2 Zayden Walker

The Georgia Bulldogs made a huge splash in June with landing commitments from Isaiah Gibson and the country's best linebacker, Zayden Walker. Georgia beat out the likes of South Carolina, Miami, and Florida State to land the five-star recruit's commitment.

Walker's visit to Athens went smoothly and he spoke about it afterwards with On3's Chad Simmons.

"It was another great visit to Georgia," Walker told Simmons. "I felt the love from the coaches, I had a great time with Coach Schu (Glenn Schumann) and it just feels like home there. Georgia has always recruited me hard, they showed me I am very important to them this weekend and me and my family had a great time."

Walker is ranked no. 24 nationally and is the best player at his position in the country, as per On3 Industry Rankings. He is also the sixth-best overall prospect from the state of Georgia.

#1 Isaiah Gibson

Isaiah Gibson, the five-star edge rusher from Georgia, flipped his commitment from USC to Georgia in June this year. The Bulldogs kept pursuing the talented defenseman and eventually got their man. Gibson chose Georgia over Auburn, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

He spoke about the decision to flip his commitment and join Kirby Smart's roster for next year.

"I have those relationships with Georgia," the five-star recruit told On3. "I am close to the coaching staff, it is a school close to home and I have relationships with the coaches and the team. That made a big difference for me."

The 6-foot-3 edge rusher is currently ranked no.19 in the country and is the best edge rusher from the class of 2025, as per On3 Industry Rankings. He is also the third-best overall prospect from the state of Georgia.
