Four-star wide receiver Andrew Marsh narrowed down his list to five programs on Wednesday. The prospect will announce his commitment on Aug. 20, choosing among Washington, Texas, USC, Colorado and Michigan.

During his junior season in 2023, Marsh recorded 65 receptions for 1,158 yards and 15 touchdowns while also returning a punt for another score. He is the nation’s No. 66 overall prospect, the No. 10 wide receiver and the No. 13 recruit from Texas in the 2025 cycle, according to 247 Sports.

Let's see which three programs have the most potential to earn Marsh's pledge.

Top 3 programs competing for Andrew Marsh's commitment

3. USC

USC is making a strong push to land Marsh, although they currently have a 1.4% chance of securing his commitment, according to On3's Recruiting Prediction Machine.

Marsh visited the program in June, accompanied by the Trojans' quarterback commit, Julian Lewis. The opportunity to potentially pair up with Lewis in USC's offense excites him.

"I would love to play with him," Marsh told 247 Sports. "I've seen his game and I love his game."

The Trojans have 16 prospects committed to the 2025 class, ranking No. 17 in the nation. They already have wide receivers Corey Simms, Tanook Hines and Romero Ison committed to the cycle.

2. Texas

Texas has a slightly better chance of landing Marsh, with a 1.9% probability. The program hosted him for an official visit in mid-June and the proximity of the school to his home in Texas makes it a strong contender.

"Texas is the home school," Marsh told Hook'em Headlines. " A school I’ve been watching for a very long time. And just the history they have with quarterback and receiver play is somewhere I feel I can get developed and get to the league."

Texas has 17 players committed to the 2025 class, which ranks No. 13 in the nation. The cycle already secured its first wide receiver pledge this week, with five-star Kaliq Lockett giving his commitment.

1. Michigan

According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, Michigan has a 90.9% chance of securing Marsh's pledge. Besides that, two 247Sports crystal ball predictions favor the program.

Last month, the prospect unofficially visited Michigan to work with Wolverines wide receiver coach Ronald Bellamy during camp before an official visit to the program.

“Some of the messages they gave me were that it’s a winning program,” Marsh told The Wolverine. “It’s somewhere where they’ll get you to the next level. Also, they are changing some things and getting more explosive in the passing game.”

Michigan has 15 players committed to the 2025 class, which ranks No. 14 in the nation. The class has only one wide receiver, four-star prospect Jacob Washington, alongside defensive lineman Nate Marshall, safety Ivan Taylor and tight end Andrew Olesh, among others.
