Jaedon Harmon, the four-star linebacker from Rome, Georgia, is one of the best defensive players in the class of 2025. The 6-foot-1 athlete has attracted interest from some of the best schools in the nation, such as Tennessee, Ohio State, Auburn, and LSU. However, the defenseman announced his commitment to Kalen DeBoer's Alabama in April this year.
Harmon became the fourth linebacker to commit to the Crimson Tide after Darrell “Duke” Johnson, Miles Johnson, Abduall Sanders Jr., and Luke Metz. The Crimson Tide have landed 21 commitments so far with five linebackers.
Alabama's class of 2025 is the second-best class in the country, only behind Ohio State, as per 247Sports. They have landed five five-star commitments and 10 four-star commitments and are poised to add more to their roster.
Jaedon Harmon is ranked no. 167 in the country and is the 16th-best linebacker from the class of 2025, as per On3 Industry Rankings. He is also the 19th-best overall prospect from the state of Georgia.
Let's take a look at three other programs that have a chance of landing the coveted recruit if he decides to flip his commitment.
