Bad Memory Eraser aired its sixth episode on August 17, 2024, at 21:40 KST on the MBN TV network. The ongoing rom-com drama features Kim Jae-joong, Lee Jong-won, Yang Hye-ji, and Jin Se-yeon as the main cast. Bad Memory Eraser will have 16 episodes.
In the previous episode of Bad Memory Eraser, Sae-yan's (Yang Hye-ji) truth is revealed, and she turns out to be Lee Goon’s (Kim Jae-joong) first love, whom he was confusing with Kyung Ju-yeon (Jin Se-yeon). Sae-yan is also Lee Shin’s (Lee Jong-won) ex-girlfriend. Ju-yeon forced herself into Goon’s house and joined her agency as the team doctor.
In the most recent episode of Bad Memory Eraser, the narrative advances as Goon endeavors to investigate the reality of his accident. Shin is attempting to conceal something from Goon, which causes Goon to view Shin's character with increased suspicion.

Bad Memory Eraser Episode 6 recap: Shin lies to Goon about his accident day
The sixth episode of Bad Memory Eraser starts with Kyung Ju-yeon, who enters Lee Goon’s house and tells him she wants to join his agency as the team doctor. Goon refuses, but Ju-yeon seems adamant about staying beside Goon to protect him as he is her patient. As it is raining outside, Goon allows Ju-yeon to stay at his place for the night.
After their conversation, Ju-yeon thinks about why she is there for Goon. In her flashback, she is having a meal with Tae-oh and the senior doctor from the neurosurgery department. Ju-yeon informs the assemblyman about the patient's (Goon) discharge and explains to him how important it is for the research to observe and study the subject/patient in his everyday behavior. The assemblyman agrees with her and allows her to stay beside Goon all the time to study him. This reveals Ju-yeon’s motive to stay with Goon.
The next morning, Goon wakes up and soon receives a call from his affiliated player, Si On. He leaves to meet her at the rehab center. Simultaneously, Ju-yeon also reaches the rehab facility as Agency Goon’s team doctor. Ju-yeon challenges Goon, saying she will easily convince Si On but fails.
Lee Shin meets Professor Han at the hospital at the same time. The professor asks him to persuade Lee Goon to come back to the hospital. To this, Shin asks him if there are any chances for Goon to regain his lost memories. And Shin appears anxious when Han tells him there are slim chances of regaining his memory.
After this, Shin leaves for Ju-yeon’s neighborhood as he tries to find her. Instead of Ju-yeon, he comes across Sae-yan and they have a minor argument. They decide they will never see each other again.
In the next scene, Ju-yeon comes to the hospital and meets Professor Han. He shares the neurological test reports for Goon with her and informs her that whenever any question related to love is asked of Goon, the results turn out to be inconsistent. He adds she should take good care of her subject (Goon), as now more surgical trials under the neurology department will be performed on him than clinical trials. Ju-yeon also borrows some books from Han to learn more about counseling athletes and leaves.
In the next scene, Goon is seen enjoying dinner with his family, where his parents tease him about his first love (Ju-yeon). This makes Shin curious, and he asks Goon to tell him about that girl. But Goon refuses. Instead, while leaving, Goon asks Shin about the day of his accident. Goon asks him if he fell from the stairs, then he might have been at home during his accident. Shin agrees to it. After listening to this, Goon leaves.
In his car, Goon wonders why Shin is lying to him about the accident, as he had visited the J Hotel for the alumni reunion on the day of his accident. Goon learned about this from the recent locations shown in his van’s memory. Also, he realizes that the black box memory card for Shin’s car is missing. And he feels something fishy about it.
Meanwhile, Shin is looking at Goon’s lost medal and the missing memory card, which he is hiding in his locker. Here, Shin also recalls how he took away Goon’s medal after his accident. He feels he is doing this for everyone’s betterment.
Ju-yeon meets Sae-yan and has drinks with her. Drunk Ju-yeon and Sae-yan sleep in Goon’s car parking.
The next day, Goon comes and wakes her up. Ju-yeon leaves, and Goon welcomes his investor to his office. The investor tells him that if he needs investment, he should have a contract with a star player. Also, he asks Goon whether his brother Lee Shin is giving his contract to his agency or the other Big Picture Agency.
In the meantime, Shin is seen sitting in Big Picture agency’s office. The agency’s CEO informs him about the scandalous images of Shin with Sae-yan taken by someone. Shin replies these images were sent by Sae-yan herself. He also adds that she belongs to a family of gangsters; therefore, he wants to stay away from her.
Following this, Tae-oh is seen sitting with his girlfriend and thinking about a senior doctor from neurology who gave him a task to find flaws in Ju-yeon’s research.
In the next scene, Ju-yeon is seen studying about tennis. She learns about Love Game, which Si-on told her during the counseling session (Love Game: A scenario in a tennis match where one player fails to score any points, and it means zero).
Ju-yeon then meets Lee Shin, who is practicing on the court. She asks him to teach her how to play tennis. While teaching her, Shin feels like he is falling for her. In the meantime, Guk Bong visits Goon’s place and learns about the team doctor, who is staying with him.
Then, Shin and Ju-yeon are seen returning home from their practice. Shin asks for Ju-yeon’s number and they part ways. Shin also notices the bracelet in her hand (Sae-yan gave her bracelet to Ju-yeon).
While Ju-yeon is returning to Goon’s place, someone starts following her. Goon notices this and he chases the stalker, who is none other than Tae-oh. He explains he wants to apologize to Ju-yeon for hurting her. He also emphasizes the point of whether Ju-yeon is Goon’s first love.
Towards the end of episode 6 of Bad Memory Eraser, Goon returns to his place after his discussion with Tae-oh. The bell rings, Ju-yeon opens the door, and she first sees Shin at the door. Goon enters from behind and tells Shin that Ju-yeon is his first love. The episode ends here, leaving the viewers in the middle of this triangle.
