Jung Ho-yeon, also known as Hoyeon Jung, is a South Korean actress and model who rose to prominence with her role in Squid Game season 1. She began her career as a model in 2010 and subsequently walked for Seoul Fashion Week for two years. She further made her international runway debut at New York Fashion Week. Meanwhile, she's presently involved in the field of modeling and acting simultaneously.

Jung Ho-yeon played the role of player 067, also known as Kang Sae-byeok. Sae-byeok was a North Korean defector from North Hamgyong. She took the challenge of deadly games to collect money to pay a broker to rescue her family from the country. She also wanted to buy a house for her family following their reunification.
