J-Hope of BTS has achieved the remarkable distinction of being ranked as the "Most Influential Artist of Instagram." As of December 2024, this milestone was officially announced by HypeAuditor, a platform that analyzes and ranks influencers across various social media platforms. This ranking places him at the top of the Art/Artists category on Instagram, making him the most influential not just in South Korea or Asia, but globally.

J-Hope's achievement is notable due to his impressive performance metrics. He has an engagement rate of 11.92%, rated as "Excellent," and a follower growth rate of 0.40%, considered "Good," showcasing his ability to maintain a loyal fanbase.

This feat becomes even more impressive when considering his low posting frequency compared to other influencers and artists. Despite not being as active on the platform, he has managed to maintain this level of engagement with his followers.

According to the 2024 global rankings on HypeAuditor, J-Hope of BTS has claimed the number 1 spot as the most influential artist on Instagram in the Art/Artists category. This achievement is particularly remarkable as J-Hope spent a significant part of the year fulfilling his mandatory military service. He was only released after half of the year passed in June 2024.

The list also features other notable figures:

#2: Rashmika Mandanna from India

#3: King Bach (USA)

#4: Salman Khan (India)

#5: IU (South Korea)

J-Hope recently updated his Instagram bio to "WIP," meaning "Work In Progress." This change sparked curiosity among fans, making them wonder about his plans post-military service and what new projects he might be working on.

Additionally during his second Weverse life after being discharged from the military, he had fans thinking that he was possibly hinting at a solo world tour. When fans spammed his comments section with their demand for a tour, he considered them and said the words,

"You guys want a tour, right?"

This became another indicator for the fans to expect that something is cooking from J-Hope's side and they might be getting something soon. They eagerly await for the BTS member's activities to begin soon.
