On July 25, 2024, Dispatch published several KakaoTalk chat screenshots of Min Hee-jin allegedly belittling HYBE chairperson, Bang Si-hyuk and BTS. The ADOR CEO, Min Hee-jin reportedly used foul language against HYBE employees and called Bang Si-hyuk a "r*tarded" person in her chats.

Dispatch reported that Min Hee-jin claimed that none of the HYBE employees were qualified to do the most basic jobs. She claimed to be the only one who understood "trends" better than everybody else. As translated and reported by Koreaboo, the ADOR CEO wrote in one of her texts,

"Everyone here just sucks at doing even the simplest jobs. No one here has a pulse on trends when this is easy for me. So when Mr. Si Hyuk act a fool like he’s doing something super important, he just looks retarded to me."

A few other chat screenshots showed how the ADOR CEO allegedly planned a strike on HYBE with an employee before BTS returned from the military. She mentioned using the media as one of her tools to sway public opinion.

Dispatch reported that several other chat garbs showed Min Hee-jin's using abusive language towards female employees.

Meanwhile, the Bangtan Sonyeondan aka BTS' fanbase was enraged to see the new exposé by Dispatch that revealed Min Hee-jin's views towards the boyband.

BTS ARMY flooded social media and showed their support for the boyband. They stated that Min Hee-jin and NewJeans "wouldn't be as successful" without HYBE.

"I mean, it's not like we did not know this... But I promise to you, I want her in jail, though knowing that all she will get is debt," one netizen wrote.
"Ya know damn well her group wouldn't be as successful if it ain't on HYBE," another netizen added.
"More than anything the more I read about this, I get really frustrated with Bsh like how could he trust someone so blindly??? I read somewhere that the entire ador board consists of executives from sm. No one saw this as a red flag???????!!!" one other netizen said.

Others highlighted the ADOR CEO's "fear" of a "BTS comeback" release.

"I can clearly see the fear of BTS comeback on their eyes," one netizen wrote.
"The whole k-pop is obsessed with BTS, it's always have been BTS and army vs k-pop and k-pop fandoms," another netizen added.
"Imagine BTS publicly victimizing themselves over things like having to go arts highschool. For years they had mold in bighit rooms, and we wouldn't even know it...BTS never expected a princess treatment or having things served on golden trays. They will always prevail because they are genuinely humble and earned everything they have with their own hardwork from the scratch" one netizen commented.

Min Hee-jin and HYBE lock horns again as they accuse each other of alleged defamation

Meanwhile, on July 24, 2024, Dispatch released new alleged chat transcripts that disclosed that Min Hee-jin allegedly spent over 70 million for a shaman to block BTS' success.

In April 2024, Min Hee-jin and HYBE's feud went viral online as the latter accused the ADOR CEO of illegal trading of business secrets and toppling ADOR's management. She was also accused of attempting to manipulate and crash HYBE stocks in the market after conspiring with a foreign investor.

Two months later, on July 23, 2024, the ADOR CEO accused HYBE of illegally sharing her chat screenshots. She threatened HYBE, Source Music, and Dispatch with a lawsuit if they didn't stop spreading the chats. Source Music (Le Sserafim's label), published trainee footage of NewJeans members.

YTN reported HYBE refuted all allegations and stressed taking legal action against the ADOR CEO for defamation. YTN News reported that the ADOR CEO filed a complaint at Yongsan Police Station against five HYBE executives, including the former CEO, Park Ji-won.

Notably, all NewJeans members were trainees under Source Music and were scheduled to debut as the label's first girl group in the third quarter of 2021.

In other news, Park Ji-won stepped down as the CEO of HYBE on July 24, 2024, after four years. Lee Jae-sang succeeded him as the new CEO, who is also the CSO on the ADOR board.
