Cinderella at 2AM, starring Shin Hyun-been and Moon Sang-min, aired episodes 7 and 8 on September 14 and 15 on the COUPANG Play network and Viki Rakuten app.
The previous episodes showed how the two brothers, Si-won and Ju-won, cared for each other. Si-won supported Ju-won in winning over the love of Yun-seo. Episode 5 of Cinderella at 2AM also introduced the new character, Lee Seong-min, who tried to flirt with Yun-seo.
In the latest episodes of Cinderella at 2AM, Yun-seo eventually acknowledged her affection for Ju-won. Seong-min was also helpful in their reunion, as he realized they could not live happily without one another. The episodes also showed that Yun-seo lost her mother, and Si-won revealed his love for Mi-jin, which sparked their love.

Cinderella at 2AM episode 7: Yun-seo lost her mother
Episode 7 of Cinderella at 2AM began with Ju-won, Yun-seo, and Seong-min in the scene. Ju-won was staring at Yun-seo and Seong-min as they talked and laughed. He felt furious seeing them together, but he pretended to be unaffected by them. Ju-won was trying to play cool after what his brother Si-won told him to do.
Si-won advised Ju-won to step back from Yun-seo to make her come closer to him. Ju-won followed this step and left peacefully without overreacting. Yun-seo was taken aback by Ju-won's calm demeanor.
Avoiding Yun-seo was Ju-won's strategy for the next few days. During the office discussion, he disregarded her by relocating the office and disagreeing with her ideas. Because of this, Yun-seo began to miss having him around.
On her birthday, Yun-seo reflected on the days when she and Ju-won had celebrated her special day together. She recalled how he made her feel special by giving her a beautiful pendant as a present.
Ju-won had no plans for Yun-seo at present. After hearing about her birthday, Si-won told his brother to plan something nice for her. Yun-seo already wasn't interested in celebrating her birthday, but then the hospital called to tell her that her mother had died and that there would be a funeral.
Her mom died because her kidneys stopped working. As Yun-seo listened to this, she felt sad and thought of the adverse circumstances she had with her mother. Her mother used to beat her up, just like her dad. She swore at Yun-seo all the time and beat her while she was drunk.
Yun-seo went out to drink because she was upset, and Seong-min joined her. She told him about how her parents were mean to her. Yun-seo passed out after drinking a lot, and Seong-min called Ju-won to take her with him. When Ju-won got to the restaurant, Seong-min asked him why they weren't together since they loved each other so much. Ju-won took Yun-seo with him.
While Yun-seo was sleeping in his car, Ju-won waited for her to gain consciousness. Ju-won tried asking her what had happened to her, but she refused to answer. Yun-seo reached home and told Ji-seok about their mother’s death. Because of their horrific experiences, her angry brother was unwilling to see their mother.
Yun-seo attended her mother's service at the funeral center the following day. Ju-won followed Yun-seo to the funeral home after receiving a call from her sibling, Ji-seok. Initially, Yun-seo appeared furious but later broke down in tears. She wept as Ju-won hugged her.
Cinderella at 2AM episode 8: Si-won and Yun-seo confess their feelings to their partners
Episode 8 of Cinderella at 2AM started with Ju-won and Yun-seo outside the funeral center. After she cried, they sat and spoke to each other. While she was leaving, Ju-won proposed Yun-seo to marry him. Yun-seo seemed happy, but she was hesitant to say yes to him. Ju-won gave her a ring and time to think and answer.
Yun-seo met with her friend in the subsequent scene and disclosed her circumstances. She also expressed her belief that she has nothing to contribute to Ju-won. Ju-won could do a great deal for her; however, she was under the impression that she could not support him.
While she was taking her time to think, Ju-won couldn't help but ask Yun-seo for her response. So Ju-won considered bothering his brother and kept away from Yun-seo.
Ju-won’s mother came to the office the other day. She appreciated Si-won's recent social media post with his wife, as he received positive comments and praise from internet users. After meeting Si-won, the chairwoman headed to meet her younger son, Ju-won and told him to transfer to Spain. This news of Ju-won was spread like wildfire in the office.
Soon, Yun-seo heard of Ju-won’s transfer, and she became heavy-hearted. One day, when she met Seong-min, he convinced her to confess her feelings to Ju-won. Seong-min also said that he wanted to be a prince in Yun-seo's Cinderella story, but he ended up being the fairy godmother.
Yun-seo quickly went to the airport when she realized Ju-won was departing for Spain that day. She reached out and told Ju-won she loved him. She promised him that she would follow him around like Ju-won did before. Following this confession, they hugged each other.
Soon, Ju-won’s brother, Si-won, entered the scene and revealed that Ju-won was going to Spain only for five days. She thought he was permanently transferring, so Yun-seo was shocked.
Ju-won left, and both started dating back. Five days passed, and Ju-won came back to Yun-seo. Meanwhile, Si-won was falling in love with his wife, Lee Mi-jin. The couple went out for a social media photo session. After they finished their shoot, Si-won offered to have a meal with Mi-jin. While walking around the street, Si-won confessed that he liked Mi-jin.
Yun-seo and Ju-won, on the other hand, met Deputy Bae, who was completely drunk and yelling at his bosses for not promoting him. Ju-won told him he would soon be promoted to the team leader position. After this, Yun-seo and Ju-won left together.
They reached the hotel where Ju-won was staying after he left his house. In the last scene of Cinderella at 2AM episode 8, Yun-seo realized how much Ju-won endured to get her back, and Ju-won thanked her for being there with him. Episode 8 of the series ended with Ju-won and Yun-seo kissing each other.
