"Ive praised the actor kissing skills, and it's fair to say she is top too, I've watched some kdramas where FL is quite passive in kissing scene, but #chaesoobin matches #yooyeonseok perfectly in the kiss, and the way she cries before...wow, she is perfect #whenthephoneringsep7" said this watcher.
"They played this scene to perfection! They had me on the edge of my seat, and I knew he would deliver! My boo! I should say they delivered because a kiss has to be returned with the same passion and our girl came through!!! If they don't give me a full love scene I am rioting!" Noted one more fan

Hee-joo reveals her identity as Sa-eon seals it with a love confession and a kiss in When the Phone Rings episode 7
On December 20, MBC aired Episode 7 of When the Phone Rings, delivering an emotional turning point in the story. The episode saw a major turning point as Hee-joo, revealed to be 406, confronted Sa-eon with the truth.
The sequence began towards the end of When the Phone Rings episode 7, after Hee-joo, using the kidnapper's phone as 406, called Baek Sa-eon. She asked him to meet her so she could hand over the phone.
Earlier in the episode, Sa-eon who knew the true identity of 406, requested her help locating the kidnapper. In response, Hee-joo provided a description of the kidnapper. Later, wanting to reveal her full truth, Hee-joo decided to meet Sa-eon in person and hand over the kidnapper's phone.
Sa-eon suggested they meet at Namsan Tower. When Hee-joo arrived at the tower's peak, she found no one waiting. Confused, she called Sa-eon from 406's phone. Sa-eon told her he had been waiting to meet face-to-face with 406 and now, was preparing himself.
However, overwhelmed by thoughts of his potential reaction to her being 406, Hee-joo hesitated. She told Sa-eon he might feel disappointed, shocked, or even lonely after seeing her.
Sa-eon asked if she was worried about him, but Hee-joo replied no. She admitted she was worried about herself thinking about how he would react. At that moment, Sa-eon’s voice echoed behind her, saying,
“I swear, you don’t listen. I’m sure I told you, underestimating yourself is a bad habit. How should I fix that, Hong Hee-joo?”
Hee-joo turned around, astonished and tearful. In shock, the phone slipped from her hands. Calmly, Sa-eon picked it up and said,
“Thank you for all your hard work, 406.”
Overwhelmed and surprised Hee-joo questioned him, how long he had known the truth and why he did not hate her, with her voice trembling. Sa-eon with steady eyes on her, after a pause, calmly replied,
“Tell me, Hong Hee-joo. Tell me how to hate you. Tell me how to not love you.”
Hearing his words, Hee-joo was left speechless. Her lips trembled as she tried to respond. Tears streaming down her eyes as she gazed at Sa-eon in disbelief. Slowly, Sa-eon stepped closer to her, gently wiping her tears, before leaning in and kissing her.
