She expressed admiration for the story's focus on a long-standing friendship between the male and female leads, which spans over 30 years.

"Right now, I'm watching one on Netflix called Love Next Door. I just love the combination of the guy character and the girl character—they start as friends! Like, they are friends for 30 years. Those things feel so real." The idol shared.

Lisa shared that she found the storyline relatable and authentic, enjoying the lighthearted tone that helped her unwind. She also said watching K-dramas helps her relax, which made fans excited to learn about her taste in dramas and openly share her interests.

"When I need to try to calm myself down, I watch them, and it really helps." Added Lisa.

In a recent Vanity Fair interview, the New Woman rapper shared insights into her life, career, and upcoming projects. She's set to make her acting debut in HBO's The White Lotus season 3. Lisa will play Mook, the presumed manager of the White Lotus Resort. The season is set to premiere on HBO MAX in 2025.

Credited as "Lalisa Manobal," she expressed excitement about joining the hit series, which will take place in her birth country, Thailand. Although a fan of the show, she shared feeling nervous when auditioning for her first acting role.

The idol said she took a few acting lessons to prepare but couldn't train extensively due to her busy schedule. She appreciated the support from her cast and crew, who offered advice and encouragement on set.

Filming in Thailand also allowed Lisa to reconnect with her roots, as her mother visited often. She enjoyed sharing Thai culture with the crew, who even learned some Thai phrases and relished the chance to have Thai food regularly.

"My mom came to stay a few times, and I could have Thai food as much as I wanted. It was so nice, and I have never spent that much time in Thailand after I left. I felt like I was home, and I got a lot of energy from that trip as well." Lisa said.

Reflecting on BLACKPINK's journey, the K-pop sensation spoke about the unforgettable Coachella 2023 crowd, describing it as "like being in the ocean." She expressed deep gratitude for fans' support worldwide.

Her solo debut at the MTV Video Music Awards marked another milestone, though she shared in the interview that she felt nervous performing on her own.

The Louis Vuitton brand ambassador also shared her excitement about creating new music, acknowledging fans' patience since her solo debut, Lalisa. With a new album in the works, she was eager to reconnect with fans and has planned fan meetups in November.

"When I see them they always give me energy! They always say something like, "Your song gives me energy, so I want to come here and support you, to give my energy back to you." I always feel that on stage, and it just makes me happy. That's why I want to meet them so much," she explained.

When it comes to downtime, the artist said she prefers staying home with her pets. All of her cats and dogs - Leo, Luca, Lily, Louis, Lego, and Love - have names starting with "L" in a nod to her own name, Lisa.
