Everything we know so far about the upcoming Korean action film Mantis
Im Siwan is set to play Han-ul, who goes by his hitman name Mantis, an A-level mercenary who goes toe-to-toe with all his nemeses in the upcoming Netflix movie. He works for M. K. Ent., the same organization in which the ace and legendary Gil Bok-Soon (Kill Boksoon) worked before she left the underworld after killing the head, Cha Min-kyu (Sol Kyung-gu).
Previously in Kill Boksoon, Mantis (Han-ul) was mentioned in passing by M. K. Ent. head, Cha Min-kyu (Sol Kyung-gu), while assigning an assignment to Gil Bok-soon. Cha Min-kyu revealed that Han-ul is on a long vacation. Notably, the upcoming movie will kick off with the return of Mantis from his vacation/hiatus.

Park Gyu-young was previously seen in popular K-Dramas such as It's Okay to Not Be Okay, Sweet Home 1, Dali & Cocky Prince, Celebrity, and A Good Day to Be a Dog.
Additionally, South Korean actor, Jo Woo-jin, is reported to portray the notorious assassin Dok-go in the upcoming Korean film. He is a retired mercenary who used to work at M. K. Ent. and tutored Han-ul aka Mantis' old mentor.
Dok-go was one of the original members of the M. K. Ent. organization. Meanwhile, with the death of Cha Min-kyu, Dok-go aspires to the underworld as the head of the organization of assassins and mercenaries.
Jo Woo-jin was previously seen in the K-Drama, Happiness, starring alongside Park Hyung-sik and Han Hyo-joo. He also starred in Narco-Saints, starring along with Park Hae-soo.
