On January 7, 2025, Funko officially announced a new line of collectible figurines featuring the popular K-pop group NewJeans, set to release in January 2025. The figurines capture the group’s signature style, inspired by their outfits in the New Jeans music video from their 2023 EP Get Up.

Fans can preorder these collectibles starting January 7 on various platforms, including Amazon, Entertainment Earth, and Mighty Hobby Shop, with prices set at $12 each.

For international fans, the figurines will be available through Amazon links in countries like the USA, Canada, the UK, Germany, and others. While preorder times may differ, the collectibles are expected to roll out globally by the end of the month.

Each figure is 3.75 inches tall and comes in sleek, four-panel window packaging, perfect for both display and storage.

All we know about the new Funko POPs collections and NewJeans' recent activities

This new collection falls under Funko's iconic POP! The Rocks series includes vinyl figurines of legendary artists such as Michael Jackson, Prince, and K-pop peers like BTS and BLACKPINK.

The NewJeans Funko POPs reflect the group’s individuality, with each member, Minji, Danielle, Hanni, Haerin, and Hyein portrayed in detailed recreations of their stylish outfits and poses from their live performances.

Preorders are available on these platforms:

  • Amazon: January 7, 2025, from 4–5 PM PT
  • Entertainment Earth (EE)
  • Mighty Hobby Shop (MHS): January 8, 2025, from 9 AM PT

If unavailable locally, fans are encouraged to reach out to international suppliers or order through overseas platforms.

In other news, the launch of these Funko POPs arrives at a critical moment for the quintet, as they navigate a period of change following their legal battle with ADOR, their former label.

The group, known for their relatable 'girl next door' image, cited dissatisfaction with management after Min Hee-jin, their former producer and ADOR’s CEO, stepped down.

Despite ADOR contesting the premature termination, the members hinted at a rebranding under the name "Jeanz," launching new social media accounts to signal their next steps as independent artists.

Allegations of workplace mistreatment and dissatisfaction with the new leadership followed their demand for Min Hee-jin’s reinstatement, which was denied by the label.

While NewJeans continues to fulfill pending commitments, such as performances and award shows, their future remains uncertain due to potential financial risks. It includes contract breach penalties, and possible legal complications over the use of the "NewJeans" name if they proceed independently.
