South Korean actor and singer Lee Joon and comedian Cho Sae-ho have joined the cast of KBS 2TV's variety show 2 Days & 1 Night. On August 16, 2024, KBS released a new poster and images from the upcoming episode, teasing their arrival.
In the poster, the new members are seen alongside existing cast members Kim Jong-min, Moon Se-yoon, DinDin, and Yoo Seon-ho. The still cuts show Lee Joon and Cho Sae-ho meeting the cast for the first time, with both of them displaying confused expressions, adding to the audience's curiosity about the episode. The new episode is set to air on KBS on August 18, 2024, at 6:10 PM KST.

Earlier this month, KBS and the variety show confirmed that Lee Joon and Cho Sae-ho will join 2 Days & 1 Night. One of the images released by KBS shows the actor and former idol member of South Korean boy band MBLAQ Lee Joon and comedian and host Cho Sae-ho looking confused as they walk towards other cast members.

In other scenes, all the members are seen hiking through wild roads and diving into streams together. Lee Joon was last seen in the recent drama My Sweet Mobster (2024) and The Escape of the Seven (2024).

2 Days & 1 Night is a South Korean reality show that airs on KBS every Sunday. The show's concept in one line is "Real Wild Road Variety." The show first aired on August 5, 2007. The fourth season has been airing since 8 December 2019. The cast has changed many times over the four seasons of 2 Days & 1 Night.
In the show, the cast members travel through South Korea, trying various foods and things in the place and recommending those to the viewers. Through various activities, they get rewards like food and punishments like diving into water or sleeping outside.
