Here's what Kim Tae-ri, the winner of the Best Actor Award, commented on regarding her win:
"It's been a year since Revenant aired. Despite Revenant being a terrifying, spine-chilling occult thriller, I was surprised to see that viewers left comments after the show ended, saying 'I gained the strength to keep going.'"
She continued,
"The characters in dramas always seem to pose some kind of question about how to live. The character I played, San-young, is someone who stands up again despite everything. I'm deeply grateful to the director and writer who created such a character and for the opportunity to portray her."
On the other hand, there were also a few highlights from the show that netizens couldn't stop talking about. ZEROBASEONE, the K-pop boy group that debuted last year through Mnet's reality survival show Boys Planet, was a part of the artist lineup. They performed their latest track, Good So Bad, at the event.
