"8 episodes is not enough”- Fans express frustration over The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call's short run, demand “Season 2”

On January 24, 2025, the new medical drama named, The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call released on Netflix. The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call narrates the challenges faced by a university hospital's trauma center due to funding deficits. The narrative chronicles the path of Baek Kang-hyuk (Ju Ji-hoon), an exceptional trauma surgeon, as he revives his team.

The drama authentically depicts the obstacles confronting the hospital and the dedication of the trauma team as they strive to protect lives.
