For those unversed, Muse was the second studio album released through Big Hit Music and featured seven tracks, including Rebirth (Intro), Interlude: Showtime, Smeraldo Garden Marching Band (feat. Loco), Slow Dance (featuring Sofia Carson), Be Mine, Who, and Closer Than This.
Soon, the news about BTS' Jimin's latest milestone circulated on social media, and the fandom could not contain their excitement. They took to social media, praising the male artist, and stated that the male artist had begun his birthday month with a grand start. Subsequently, an X user tweeted:

The fandom flaunted that WHO was the biggest song released by BTS' Jimin in 2024 and bragged that they had another reason to celebrate the month of October apart from his birthday.

BTS' Jimin's title track, WHO, ranked at the No.30 position on the prestigious music chart Billboard Hot 100 on October 1, 2024. It emerged as the highest and longest charting track of 2024 by a Korean or a K-pop act. The track also achieved the highest week 10 release by a Korean soloist.
Subsequently, WHO re-entered the Top 10 Billboard Global Excl. US chart, charting at the No.10 position for the consecutive ten weeks, in the chart dated October 6, 2024. It spent nine weeks under the top 10 of the mentioned chart. Meanwhile, the track also rose to the No.12 position on Billboard Global 200 and remained the highest-charting track of 2023 by a K-soloist on the mentioned chart.
BTS' Jimin began mandatory military service on December 12, 2023, alongside fellow group member Jungkook and is expected to be discharged in June 2025.
