On July 28, 2024, BTS' Park Jimin revealed his contribution to the WHO MV choreography. The singer-songwriter told in his YouTube 'WHO' MV Shoot Sketch video that he wanted to incorporate movie scenes into his choreography where he would come across someone on the street while he looked for his soulmate.

"This is the last scene where people walk past me. And I try to see who I'm meant to be with. They each walk past me one by one. 'Is it you? Is it you? or Is it you?' I do that and I dance hard. And in the end for now, I'm by myself. That's what I wanted to show. I wanted to have a scene like a scene from musical movies," he said.

He continued by saying that when he would run into people to find the one he was "destined to be with," he would realize that he was alone. The BTS ARMY was moved to learn about the singer-songwriter's concept visualization and thought process to convey the song lyrics through dance.

One fan praised the Grammy-nominated musician on X and wrote,

"A visionary, a music genius. He didn't just sit there and wait for whatever instructions or plans handed over to him. He had a vision and he knew what he wanted."

Several praised him for his passion for his work and emphasized that the ARMY knew precisely what Jimin intended to convey.

"Anyone who really knows Jimin knows how much he loves romantic movies and it was clear since Smeraldo Garden Marching Band release that he was inspired by movie musicals for MUSE, I love his work so muchhhh...FACE and MUSE are so important to me," one fan wrote.
"Actor Jimin coming next," another fan added.
"That’s exactly what it felt like!!!! I’m so glad so many ARMYs understood the feeling he was trying to convey!" one other fan commented.

Fans enjoyed the "fresh concept" and were overjoyed to get a confirmation of the idol's involvement in creating the choreography.

"I love his idea, it turns out really good to watch and fresh concept," one fan said.
"I'm so glad that he got to do what he wanted with this mv," another fan wrote.
"Another confirmation he participated in making the chorography," one other fan wrote.

Jimin dropped his second solo album, MUSE, on July 19, 2024, which is directly connected to his debut solo set, FACE. The previous album focused on the musician's struggles with loneliness and depression as he tries to embrace his vulnerability. However, MUSE is about finding new inspiration from love and doing the things that make one happy.

Jimin revealed in the 'MUSE' Jacket Shoot video that he wrote Smeraldo Garden Marching Band as a way to share his best experiences and inspire his fans to have more joyous occasions in their lives. The track is one of the two pre-released singles from his latest album.

Furthermore, the singer-songwriter said in the 'WHO' MV Shoot Sketch video how the initial plan for the shoot was canceled due to a predicted snowstorm in Hungary. It caused him to reschedule the shoot. Jimin said that after flying for 13 hours, he arrived at the shooting location straight from the airport.

'WHO' MV Shoot Sketch video and 'MUSE' Jacket Shoot were released on BTS' official YouTube channel, BANGTANTV.

In other news, BTS' Jimin is currently serving in the South Korean military. He enlisted on December 12, 2023, and will return in June 2025.
