BTS’ Jungkook’s solo exhibition, GOLDEN: The Moments, has officially been recognized as the best-selling HYBE Insight Exhibition of 2024, according to Interpark, a prominent South Korean platform known for distributing records and managing auctions.

Furthermore, it is the only HYBE exhibition to top Interpark's monthly rankings chart this year. This accomplishment could be largely attributed to the impact of his debut solo album, GOLDEN.

What makes this milestone even more impressive is that the exhibition achieved its success without issuing any ticket refunds or allowing more than 50 tickets to be purchased per person. Subsequently, fans took to X to celebrate the idol's latest feat:

"Another day, another achievement. Jungkook is not taking rest," one fan said.
“The most popular and successful k-pop soloist my Kingkook,” a fan wrote.
“Jungkook is unsurpassable,” another fan said.
“You will remain the most successful kpop soloist no matter how hard they tried to downplay your organic success,” an admirer remarked.
“BEST SELLER JUNGKOOK,” another exclaimed.

Some fans made comments like,

“No one is on your level king,” a fan stated.
“Jungkook owns the world we only live in it,” another commented.
“He’s hybe’s ultimate revenue powerhouse.” one netizen claimed.

Jungkook's exhibition creates an all-time record for HYBE Insight

Jungkook's exhibition, GOLDEN: The Moments, celebrated his journey as an artist and was inspired by his debut solo album GOLDEN. Hosted by HYBE Insight, the exhibition ran from August 30 to September 22, 2024, at Le Meridien & Moxy in Myeongdong, Seoul. Tickets for the same were sold on Interpark Ticket, with more details shared on the BTS Weverse community.

Organized by BigHit Music, in collaboration with Samsung Music Frame, the exhibition offered fans a unique opportunity to experience the essence of the BTS star's artistry and accomplishments as a solo performer.

The exhibition featured exclusive memorabilia, including iconic outfits from his hit music videos, Seven and 3D. Fans were treated to previously unreleased concept photos from GOLDEN, and had the chance to view his 2023 MTV Video Music Awards trophy. Additionally, visitors were able to preview an unseen trailer for his then-highly anticipated documentary, Jung Kook: I Am Still.

The idol's exhibition achieved tremendous commercial success, dominating Interpark’s ticket sales rankings in July 2024, where it secured the top spot. It continued to perform impressively, ranking 4th in August and 7th in September.

Furthermore, it was ranked #14 in ticket sales for 2024, making it the best-performing HYBE exhibition to date. Its overall ranking on Interpark’s platform stood at #11, surpassing the only other HYBE project in the list, Jimin’s The Truth Untold, which ranked #16.

The exhibition’s success extended beyond ticket sales, as it inspired cultural initiatives from the Seoul Government. On September 11, 2024, the media outlet Asia Economy reported the plans of the Jung-gu Seoul Government and the mayor to establish an Art Breeze initiative, to promote K-culture and Myeongdong’s historical and cultural heritage.

This initiative was motivated by the influx of tourists drawn by GOLDEN: The Moments, giving a nod to the BTS member and his album's impact.
