On November 25, 2024, the official teaser for BTS' Kim Taehyung's upcoming duet, Winter Ahead, with Park Hyo-shin was screened at the large-scale Shinsegae Square outdoor stage in South Korea. A large outdoor screen has been installed on top of the Shinsegae Department Store's main branch, Shinsegae Square, in Myeong-dong, Seoul.
According to Maeil Business Newspaper, Shinsegae Square is an eco-friendly space despite being a fancy tourist attraction spot in South Korea. The screen is 1292.3㎡ in size, which has been increased by 13% compared to 2023. The big screen is made with LED semiconductor (IC) and LED parts to save power and yet provide increased brightness on the screen.
The official MV teaser was released on HYBE Labels' official YouTube channel on November 25, 2024, at midnight KST (November 24 at 8.30 PM IST).

BTS' Taehyung stuns fans with Winter Ahead MV teaser
Winter Ahead, a collaboration between BTS' V and Park Hyo-shin, will feature both artists in the six-minute-long music video. The 1 minute 36 second clip opens with V lying shirtless on a bed with black sheets, waking up after having a flashback from his past or another lifetime.
As he washes his face, he appears baffled by the flashbacks and struggles to comprehend them. As per the teaser clip, the BTS idol battles with his lost identity as he sculpts a statue and accidentally carves the letter "V" on the statue's neck. The video then transitions into a montage of Taehyung dancing on a theater stage, hinting at his past life as an artist.
As reported by India Today, the video was partially filmed at Villeconin's medieval Château de Saudreville. The visual tale is set against the breathtaking background of the French château, a 17th–18th century protected historical landmark. The song is composed by the Grammy-winning composer Jesse Harris, known for Don't Know Why.
Fans are excited for the official release of the MV, which will be premiered on November 29, 2024, on HYBE LABELS' official YouTube channel.
