On August 15, 2024, 2NE1's CL made a surprise appearance at TRESURE's Relay Reboot Tour Final encore concert tour held at the KSPO Dome Olympic Park in Seoul, South Korea, at 1 pm KST, sending fans into a frenzy. The event was the final day of the group's Reboot tour of Asia in May and June.
The leader of 2NE1 set the stage on fire with her two tracks, including the single The Baddest Female and MTBD from the Crush album. Subsequently, the female artist received an overwhelming response from the crowd, who continued to showcase their support for her through claps, screams, and other ways.
YG Entertainment further shared an on-site cam of CL's surprise performance through 2NE1's official YouTube Channel, providing a close-up look at the female artist's electrifying performance. Amongst the crowd, YG Entertainment's producer Dee.P and CEP Yang Hyunsuk were smiling as they witnessed the crowd's positive response and CL's energetic performance.

2NE1 would kick-start their comeback world tour
YG Entertainment revealed on July 22, 2024, that the group would gather or reunite for multiple shows to commemorate their 15th anniversary. The band would embark on a comeback world tour to celebrate the latest occasion. On July 25, YG Entertainment announced that 2NE1 would kick-start their comeback world tour, 'Welcome Back' from 2024-2025.
It was previously revealed that the girl group would be reuniting eight years after disbandment. The four-member group, including Park Bom, Sandara Park, CL, and Minzy, would organize their world tour in South Korea and Japan. The limited venue details for the group's much-anticipated Welcome Back tour are as follows:

The band would also hold concerts in Osaka and Tokyo in late November and December, respectively. The agency has revealed that they would announce the venue details and add more regions to the concert list. Meanwhile, the four members were reunited to deliver the I Am The Best performance at the Coachella festival, which marked the band's first performance in the last six years.
