YG Entertainment's rookie girl group, BABYMONSTER, has officially been announced as the Adidas Global Ambassador on September 2, 2024. According to YG Entertainment, BABYMONSTER will be participating in the global activities for the brand's new collection Adidas Z.N.E. Earlier this year, the rookie group was announced as the brand's global partner in April.
BABYMONSTER is the only Korean artist to be the face of this collection alongside various global pop and sports stars. The recently released teasers and pictorials of the collection have generated buzz among fans as the Like That singers adorn all-white outfits with the Adidas signature logo.

Along with the rookie K-pop group, Adidas' new collection, Adidas Z.N.E. will showcase various prominent sports and pop culture figures from its global family.
Including greedy singer, Tate McRae, English footballer Jude Bellingham, Chinese snowboarder Su Yiming, actress Xochitl Gomez, and American track athlete Noah Lyles, who recently won an Olympic Gold medal in the Paris Olympic Games 2024.

As a part of the campaign, large advertisements featuring BABYMONSTER will decorate major city centers including Seoul, Beijing, etc. which are expected to garner attention and increase the interest of global fans. BABYMONSTER is a seven-member K-pop group under YG Entertainment. The group officially debuted on April 2024, with their EP, BabyMons7er, and the title track Sheesh. On May 14, 2023, the group released their pre-debut promotional single, Dream, which topped the Billboard Hot Trending Songs chart.
Batter Up served as the septet's debut single with members Ruka, Pharita, Asa, Rami, Rora, and Chiquita. Ahyeon could not participate due to health reasons. This served as a record-breaking debut as the music video for Batter Up became the most streamed debut within 24 hours amassing 22.59 million views on YouTube.
It reached 100 million views on the platform becoming the fastest debut music video to achieve this milestone. The song also garnered 10 million streams on Spotify in 10 days, the fastest for a rookie K-pop girl group.
The group was gifted their song Like That by Charlie Puth in response to Ahyeon's viral pre-debut cover of his song Dangerously which has amassed over 39 million views on YouTube. On July 1, the group released their digital single Forever for their upcoming studio album.
Recently, the seven members also held their first fan meeting tour in Asia covering countries including Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, and South Korea.
