On August 29, 2024, BLACKPINK's Jisoo went viral for her new company. Reports of a comprehensive photo, purportedly taken from Blissoo's application form, went viral on social media. For the unversed, Blissoo is a personal label established by Jisoo of BLACKPINK in February 2024.

The screenshot of the job application form reportedly presents several incentives and work environments that Blissoo provides its staff, exposing a corporate culture that places a high value on workers' happiness and well-being. The perks are as follows:

  1. Blissoo offers paid food expenditures as one of the benefits, so employees don't have to worry about paying for lunch.
  2. The company provides a plethora of refreshments, enabling staff members to indulge in as many sweets as they like throughout the workday.
  3. Employees may dress casually, except for days when meetings are planned.
  4. Employees get a whole day off on their birthdays to unwind and enjoy their special day at home.
  5. To provide financial assistance for long-term staff members, the firm also pledges to give severance compensation to those who have worked with Blissoo for a minimum of one year.
  6. Blissoo also provides its employees with expensive presents on significant occasions like the Lunar New Year and Chuseok (Mid-Autumn Festival).

More about BLACKPINK's Jisoo's label

Jisoo of BLACKPINK founded her agency, Blissoo, with her brother. The K-pop diva followed in the footsteps of her group members Lisa and Jennie, who launched their own businesses, ODDATELIER (OA) and LLOUD, respectively.

The four BLACKPINK members ended their solo contracts with YG Entertainment in December 2023. Rosé signed with The Black Label for her solo projects, making her the only member who didn't launch her own label.

The Flower singer has reportedly been filming for the upcoming zombie drama Influenza and the upcoming Korean film Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint. South Korean actor Lee Min-ho will play the character of Yoo Joong-hyuk, while the BLACKPINK idol will play Lee Ji-hye.

Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint, a webtoon by Sing Shong, centers on Kim Dok-ja (Ahn Hyo-seop), whose reality abruptly shifts to that of the webtoon. Kim Dok-ja read a fictional online book in which Yoo Joong-hyuk is the main character.

In other news, on August 29, 2024, Soompi reported that the BLACKPINK idol is currently considering another K-drama titled Monthly Boyfriend.
