On July 8, 2024, BigHit Music shared a press release through the South Korean social media platform, Weverse, announcing the Smeraldo Garden pop-up event to commemorate the release of Jimin's second solo album, Muse. The latest occasion will be held from Monday, July 22, 2024, to Sunday, July 28, 2024, KST at 24 Gwangpyeong-ro 34-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea.

BigHit Music has recently announced the release of Jimin's second solo album, Muse, on June 17, 2024. The record features seven tracks, including the fan song Closer Than This, which the idol dropped in December 2023. Through the upcoming album, the artist will shed light on his journey in search of the source of his inspiration.


BigHit Music requested support for BTS Jimin's upcoming Smeraldo Garden pop-up event from fans

According to the BigHit Music press release, the Smeraldo Garden pop-up event would feature multiple fun and experimental activities inspired by BTS Jimin's upcoming album, Muse. The agency mentioned in their statement:

“MUSE Smeraldo Garden will feature a photo zone and a variety of experiential content based on the theme of Jimin’s second solo album, MUSE. Information on the operation of the ARMY DAY and other relevant details will be provided to ARMY MEMBERSHIP holders in a notice at a later date."

The agency elaborated they were eagerly anticipating the enthusiastic support and interest from the fandom and ARMYs and concluded their press release. Soon, the announcement for the Smeraldo Garden opening event circulated on social media, and fans could not contain their excitement.

They shared multiple snippets expressing their desire to attend the upcoming event. Some detective fans even dug up and shared images of where the event would occur and stated that the occasion would be beautiful.

Meanwhile, @bts.bighitofficial shared on their Instagram the official announcement for the Smeraldo Garden pop-up event with a teaser image/poster. The poster showcased a picture of an open book with both sides in varied colors.

The book was placed on a round mirror over grass with daisies. While the yellow side of the book had the words Smeraldo Garden, Jimin, and Muse, the other side showed the venue details and date of the upcoming event.

Additionally, the same teaser image was shared along with a press release through the @bts_bighit Twitter account. In recent news, Jimin has unveiled a pre-release track, Smeraldo Garden Marching Band (feat. Loco), on June 28, 2024, through the HYBE LABELS YouTube channel. The total seven tracks of the Muse are as follows:

  1. Rebirth (Intro)
  2. Interlude: Showtime
  3. Smeraldo Garden Marching Band (feat. Loco)
  4. Slow Dance (feat. Sofia Carson)
  5. Be Mine
  6. Who
  7. Closer Than This

The physical album will be available in three versions: Blooming, Serenade, and Weverse Album (QR). Muse is slated for release on July 19, 2024, at 1 p.m. KST.


In other recent news, the singer was deployed to the Fifth Infantry Division, where he will continue military service as an active-duty soldier. He will appear in an upcoming travel variety show, Are You Sure?!, with fellow group member Jungkook. The show will be available to stream on Disney+ with eight episodes starting August 8, 2024.
