The Creative 100 honors the most innovative and inspiring talent across advertising, television, visual art, filmmaking, streaming, marketing, and other aspects of innovation, as per the information provided on the Adweek website. Jisoo is the only K-pop artist on the list.
The weekly American advertising trade publication releases The Creative 100 list annually. For those unversed, Adweek was initially incepted in 1979 and headed by CEO Will Lee. It is known as the second-largest advertising-trade publication and is popular for its services, including marketing, client-agency relationships, and media.
BLACKPINK's Jisoo was cited as one of the talented individuals by Adweek
Adweek's Brittaney Kiefer congratulated the renowned celebrities and prominent personalities who were included in The Creative 100 List. She said, as per Adweek's website:
"These are the talented individuals who kept creating anyway, who moved audiences, broke new ground, and paved the way for the creatives of tomorrow. They are the beating heart of the industry. Congratulations to this year's winners."
On the American advertising trade publication's website, BLACKPINK's Jisoo's name was mentioned, and she was honored as a K-pop star and founder of the South Korean record label and the entertainment agency Blissoo. They talked about her solo career and stated:
"After taking the world by storm as a member of K-pop group BLACKPINK, Jisoo's solo career is also blossoming. Her solo debut single, Flower, from her debut single album Me, hit No.2 on Billboard's Global 200. Earlier this year, she founded her own label, Blissoo."
The Adweek further elaborated on the female singer's blazing K-pop trails and stated:
"We have walked the path that other artists have made, but (Blackpink members) have developed our own trail too. Jisoo told Elle. We debuted at a time when the platform was expanding and accessibility to K-pop was increasing. Just like we walked on a path that had been created for us, I hope we could help make the path easier for those who would come after us."

In recent news, BLACKPINK's Jisoo recently visited the opening event held at the Roppongi Museum in Tokyo to celebrate the launch of the Miss Dior Exhibition's Stories of a Miss on June 12, 2024. The visitors could visit the Miss Dior Tokyo exhibition at the Roppongi Museum, Tokyo, between June 16 and July 16, 2024.
