On July 8, Lisa revealed her plans to hold a pop-up shop event to commemorate the release of her latest song ROCKSTAR in Seoul. The store will function on the second weekend of July at the Hyundai 2F, Yeoui-daero, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. It will run from Saturday (July 13) to Sunday (June 14) from 10:30 am KST to 8 pm KST (both the days)

The Pop-up store will offer different kinds of merchandise that capture the vibe of the song's theme including items like T-shirts, sleeveless and cropped tees, ball caps, keychains, and many more.

A variety of events will be conducted in-store where fans can engage with each other and enjoy their time. Moreover, different booths like a high-angle photo booth, fortune cookie giveaways, free draws, and prizes, will also be placed.

The BLACKPINK rapper parted ways with YG Entertainment as a solo artist and started her new venture LLOUD, where she carries out her solo activities. Released on June 27, 2024, ROCKSTAR marked her first song after the launch of LLOUD and signing a contract with the American Music Label RCA Records.

The song grabbed the fourth spot on the Billboard Global 200. The single entered the Billboard Hot 100 at No. 70, making it her highest charting score on the list.

The song surpassed over 94.2 million streams and sold 44K units out of the United States to clinch the No. 1 spot on Global Excl. U.S. chart. With this, she has become the third member among BLACKPINK to reach on top of this chart. The first two members to achieve this feat were Rosé (On The Ground) and Jennie (You & Me).

The Thai singer also dropped the music video for ROCKSTAR on June 27. It was shot in the Chinatown of Bangkok, Yaowarat Road. With fans showcasing their continued interest in the song, the music video has now garnered over 920 million views on YouTube.

On July 4, the music video was caught up in plagiarism allegations as Travis Scott’s FEIN music videographer, Gabriel Moses, accused LLOUD and Lisa’s team of allegedly copying a sequence from their 2023 song.
