On September 9, 2024, BTS' Jimin was crowned the most handsome K-Pop idol under the poll, 'Top 100 most handsome faces of K-Pop 2024' conducted by @Top100KPop through their official X account and website.
The idol was followed by other K-pop celebrities, including BTS' Kim Taehyung (second position), BTS' Jungkook (third position), Suga (fourth position), ENHYPEN's Ni-Ki (fifth position), ASTRO's Cha Eun-woo (sixth position), BTS' Jin (seventh position), BTS' j-hope (eighth position), Kim Namjoon (ninth position), and Stray Kids's Hyunjin (Tenth position).
Top100KPop conducted the vote through their website @dabeme.com, where the K-Pop community has cast their votes for their favorite stars.
BTS' Jimin's WHO climbed to the No.28 position on the Billboard Hot 100
The seven members of BTS, including Jimin, Kim Taehyung, Jungkook, Suga, Jin, j-hope, and Kim Namjoon, were featured on the Top 100 Most Handsome Faces of K-Pop 2024 list, as the fans voted them in the polls. Subsequently, ARMYs on the internet celebrated the idol's latest milestone and shared multiple congratulatory and complimentary updates.
The other idols who were featured in the list were ENHYPEN's Sunoo, RIIZE's Wonbin, THEBOYZ's Juyeon, 2 PM's Junho, UNIQ's Yibo, ENHYPEN's Jungwon, NCT127's Yuta, ENHYPEN's Jay, 2 PM's Taecyeon, TOMORROW X TOGETHER's Huening Kai, NCT DREAM's Jaemin, and others.
BTS' Jimin released his second solo mini-album Muse on July 19, 2024, through BigHit Music, featuring WHO as the title track of the record. The record featured six songs, including:

The title track, WHO, entered the Billboard Hot 100, debuting at the No.14 position, and the album Muse charted at the No.2 position on the Billboard 200 charts. WHO also debuted at No.1 on the iTunes Top Songs Chart in 112 countries.
In recent news, WHO climbed ten spots, securing the No.28 position on the prestigious Billboard Hot 100. It emerged as the highest and longest charting song of 2024 by a K-act. The track also tied for the all-time highest Week 7 of release for a Korean or K-pop soloist. It also spends a 7th consecutive week in the top 10 of Billboard Global Excl. US at the No.7.
The title song also emerged as the fourth-fastest track to earn 500 million streams on the audio listening and streaming platform, Spotify. It was also the fastest track by an Asian act to achieve the mentioned feat.
In recent news, BTS' Jimin has been appearing in the ongoing travel variety program Are You Sure?! alongside fellow group member Jungkook.
He began mandatory military service on December 12, 2023, with Jungkook and consequently deployed to the Fifth Infantry Division following the conclusion of their five weeks of basic military training.
