On July 20, 2024, BTS' Jimin's second solo record, Muse, was crowned as the biggest album debut by a Korean K-pop artist in 2024 on the Spotify Global Chart. The album recorded over 22,746,705 filtered streams within the twenty-four hours of its release.

The idol released his second solo album, Muse, on July 19, 2024, through BigHit Music. The music video for the title track, WHO, was also released on HYBE LABEL's official YouTube Channel. The album featured seven tracks, including Rebirth (Intro), Interlude: Showtime, Smeraldo Garden Marching Band (feat. Loco), Slow Dance (feat. Sofia Carson), Be Mine, Who, and Closer Than This.

The prominent producers who worked with the idol on the album include Pdogg, GHSTLOOP, Jimin, EVAN, Tommy Brown, Mr.Franks, Arcades, Jon Bellion, Pete Nappi, Tenroc, Ayo The Producer, and Kofo.

Muse's title track, WHO, has earned the biggest debut for a solo song by a Korean soloist/K-pop idol in the history of Spotify Global Chart. The track recorded 7,901,507 filtered streams and achieved the honor of the biggest debut for a song by a Korean soloist in 2024.

Moreover, WHO music video debuted at the No.1 position on YouTube Global Daily Top Music Videos chart, marking the third consecutive MV of the idol to secure a place on the survey. The track also achieved the No.1 place on the iTunes Top Songs Chart in 113 regions as Ghana joined the list on July 20, 2024.

Soon, the latest milestones of the idol relating to Muse and its title track circulated on social media, and fans expressed their pride in the male artist. The fandom shared multiple snippets praising his vocal skills and creative mind. They trended phrases to commemorate the achievements, including "Congratulations," "Record Maker," and "History Maker."

Meanwhile, all the tracks from Muse have dominated the Top 7 Best Selling songs on the Amazon United States under four categories, including Digital Music New Release, Digital Music Bestseller, International New Release, and International Bestseller.

The prominent artists, including Sofia Carson, August Rigo, and GHSTLOOP, took to social media to share their experiences working with Jimin on the album. August Rigo worked with Jimin on the tracks, including Closer Than This and Slow Dance. He shared a shoutout post through his Instagram account on July 20, 2024.

The musician and songwriter August Rigo congratulated the male artist on the release of Muse through his Instagram account, sharing pictures featuring team members. He expressed his gratitude to be part of the project and praised producers, including Pdogg, GHSTLOOP, and EVEN. August Rigo also stated that the creative process was amazing, and he could not wait to work with them again.

Meanwhile, Sofia Carson thanked Jimin for inviting her into his world through an X post on July 19, 2024. The duo collaborated on the Slow Dance, one of the tracks featured in Muse album. She mentioned:

"Thank you for inviting me into your world. Your heart and your music are beautiful. I am so happy the world is now Slow Dancing to our song."

The renowned producer GHSTLOOP also expressed his gratitude to the male artist and team who worked with the male artist on Muse through an Instagram post shared on July 19, 2024. He stated, as translated by X user @JiminGlobal on X:

"I would like to thank Jimin for his endless ideas and hard work in this album, Pdogg PD, who always leads the production, and Joohyun (EVAN), who has matured even more than before. I would also like to thank all the employees and staff who we have worked hard together so far. Thank you to all ARMY fans who always support us."

In recent news, BTS' Jimin will appear on the upcoming episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on July 23, 2024, at 12:35 pm KST and July 22, at 11:35 pm ET. The show will be available to stream on National Broadcasting Company (NBC).

The male artist will feature in the upcoming travel variety show Are You Sure?!, with fellow group member Jungkook. The eight-episode program will premiere on August 8, 2024, through the streaming platform Disney+ and air through September 19.
