BTS' Park Jimin's latest single, WHO, became the fastest Korean song to surpass 700 million streams in Spotify history. The track is the lead song from his second solo album, MUSE, released on July 19, 2024. It also became the fastest song to reach No. 1 on the Worldwide iTunes Song Chart and the European iTunes Song Chart in over 111 countries within 24 hours of its release.
MUSE topped the iTunes Top Albums chart in over 87 countries including the U.S., the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Germany, and France. The album ranked second on the Billboard 200 chart whereas WHO ranked No. 1 on the Billboard Global 200 and the Billboard Global 200 (Excl. US) charts.

On March 24, 2023, Jimin released his debut solo album, FACE, with the title track, Like Crazy. The song debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, making him the first Korean soloist to achieve this feat. He was also announced as the global ambassador for Dior and Tiffany & Co.
Jimin enlisted in the South Korean military on December 12, 2023, alongside his bandmate Jungkook. They both are set to be discharged in June 2025. His label, BIGHIT MUSIC (under HYBE), released his second solo album, MUSE, along with WHO on July 19, 2024. His pre-filmed performance on WHO premiered on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on July 23.
Furthermore, WHO also became the first K-pop solo song to chart in the Top 25 of the Billboard Hot 100 for three consecutive weeks. It originally debuted at No. 14 on the chart. Meanwhile, Jimin's album's pre-released single, Smeraldo Garden Marching Band (feat. Loco), surpassed 100 million Spotify streams and became the fastest song in 2024 to achieve this milestone.
WHO also topped the "Daily Top Songs Global" list for four consecutive days in July 2024. It also ranked at No. 1 on Spotify’s "Weekly Top Songs Global" chart.
On August 8, BIGHIT MUSIC released his reality travel show, Are You Sure?!, on Disney+. The show had 8 episodes starring Jimin and Jungkook and was filmed between July and November 2023. The BTS duo traveled across New York, California, Jeju Island, and Sapporo, exploring varied cuisines and sightseeing.
The show aired its last episode (episode 8) on September 19, 2024, where the duo left a message for their fans and promised to return safely from the military.
