BTS' Jin to appear on Japanese 24 Hour TV 47 show 'I LOVE Everyone's Zoo': Broadcast date, time, and everything we know so far

BTS' Jin is gearing up for his appearance on the Japanese 24 Hour TV 47 show I LOVE Everyone's Zoo. This segment of the 24 Hour TV 47 featuring Jin is hosted by Masaki Aiba, who is known as a member of the Japanese band Arashi.

Jin completed his military service on June 12, 2024, and since then has been filming solo content and other various variety shows. On Saturday, August 17, BTS’ official Japan social media page on X (formerly Twitter) confirmed that the Moon singer will be joining the show I LOVE Everyone's Zoo.

On this show, Masaki Aiba along with other celebrities visit different zoos and aquariums showcasing the world of animals, they also introduce their pet animals. Jin will join Masaki Aiba, as they plan on grooming a rescued dog.

The episode featuring the Epiphany singer is scheduled to be aired on Saturday, August 31 at 6:30 pm KST and Sunday, September 1 at 8:54 pm KST. I LOVE Everyone's Zoo will be aired on Nippon Television Networks's 24-Hour TV 47.


BTS’ Jin in other variety shows: Half-Star Hotel in Lost Island and Run Jin

On August 16, MBC dropped the teaser of Half-Star Hotel in Lost Island starring the eldest member of BTS, Jin, creating much excitement among the viewers of the show and the ARMYs.

The BTS vocalist along with his close friend and B1A4 member Sandeul, will join Ahn Jung-hwan's half-star hotel as a worker to serve the customers on a lost island.

Meanwhile, actor Kim Nam-il, and chefs Lee Yeon-bok and Lee Hong-woon will also appear on the show. Popular comedians Park Myung-soo, Kim Dae-ho, and Boom will react to the show through the studio.

The teaser showcased the hosts and cast members of Half-Star Hotel in Lost Island riding a boat as they were moving to an island. According to the teaser, Jin surprisingly started to sing a popular song called Southbound Train by South Korean singer Kim Bum-soo.

The Awake singer mesmerized the hosts on the boat as they were surprised to hear his raw vocals. One of the hosts stated that this acapella rendition by Jin deserves first on the Billboard charts.

On August 17, MBC unveiled another teaser where Jin and the hosts played rock papers and scissors, and the loser would smell the mackerels. Jin lost the first round and was then tricked by Kim Nam-il, eventually losing the second round as well.

The Half-Star Hotel in Lost Island episode starring Jin and Sandeul is scheduled to air on Monday, August 19 at 9 pm KST on MBC.

On August 13, BIGHIT MUSIC dropped the first episode of Run Jin on BTS’ official YouTube channel BANGTAN TV. The episode showcased his seven-and-a-half-hour journey of climbing the Mountain Hallasan on Jeju Island.

Notably, this was filmed five days after the K-pop idol was discharged from his national duties. He was seen indulging in fun activities including quizzes, and different tasks set by the staff members, among others.

The upcoming episode of Run Jin will feature a mysterious guest at a high school. The BTS member dressed up as a student and visited a school on a rainy day with a yellow umbrella.

This has created a huge anticipation among fans as it reminded them of the popular rom-com drama Lovely Runner character Ryu Sun-jae. Run Jin episode two will air on Tuesday, August 20 on BANGTAN TV on YouTube.
