BTS' Jin is confirmed to make an appearance on the popular South Korean talk show Salon Drip 2 in November. The official announcement was made on October 21, 2024, through the program’s X account (@TEO_universe_), revealing that Jin will be featured as a guest on the show’s upcoming episode.
The much-anticipated episode is scheduled to air on November 5, 2024, at 6 PM KST, and will be available to stream on the official YouTube channel, @TEO_universe, allowing fans from all over the world to watch for free.
Salon Drip 2 is a comedy talk show hosted by comedian Jang Do-yeon, known for its lighthearted and humorous interviews with celebrity guests. Jin will be one of five guests featured in the upcoming line-up. His appearance will be a part of his promotional activities for his upcoming solo debut album, Happy.

The anticipation is high as fans eagerly await Jin’s Happy album, scheduled to drop on November 15, 2024, marking his first-ever solo album. The album will have six tracks:

Moreover, the BTS idol has lined up other exciting events. He announced a special "High-five with Jin" event to celebrate the release of his album. According to a notice released by the BTS Japan official fan club on October 15, 2024, the event will be held in Tokyo, Japan, on November 30, 2024.
The announcement stated that 700 lucky fans could attend the highly anticipated event. To secure a spot, fans must enter a lottery system, where each purchase of the album Happy provides a lottery serial number. The event will include a personal high-five between a BTS member and each selected winner.
His team has also announced a special application lottery that offers fans the chance to win exclusive items, including a poster personally signed by Jin.
This lottery will take place between November 16 and December 8, with 100 lucky winners receiving the autograph. Pre-orders for Happy kicked off on October 15, 2024, with the album set to be released in Korea on November 15 and in Japan on November 16.
The album will be available in three unique versions—Journey, Imagine, and Navigate—each packed with collectible items like photobooks, posters, and stickers. Fans who purchase the album from either the BTS Japan Official Shop or Universal Music Store will also receive limited-edition hologram photo cards and postcards, with added perks for those who opt to purchase all three versions.
The BTS star finished his military service in June 2024, making him the first member of the group to fulfill the requirement.
