BTS' Jin is reportedly set to hold a special event to welcome fellow band member J-hope back to society following his recent discharge from military service. On October 17, 2024, J-hope completed his 18-month military service as an assistant instructor at the 36th Infantry Division in Wonju, Gangwon-do.
After his official discharge, J-hope expressed gratitude to the fans and media gathered to welcome him, thanking everyone for their support during his service. However, what captured fans' attention was Jin's plan to celebrate the rapper's return. The eldest member of BTS hinted at a special event during a live broadcast on the fan platform Weverse last month, playfully stating:
"As soon as J-Hope is discharged, I'm going to kidnap him and take him to a filming location."
True to his word, Jin not only greeted J-hope with a grand gesture by arriving at his discharge site with a large bouquet, but he is also reportedly planning a content shoot to officially welcome the Arson singer back to civilian life.
This playful "kidnapping" idea has excited fans, who are now eagerly waiting for the duo’s collaboration. There are anticipations that the Epiphany singer might invite the rapper-dancer to his variety show.
