BTS’ Jin's pre-release song I'll Be There from his upcoming album Happy reached No. 1 on the Worldwide iTunes Song Chart. On Friday, October 25, at 1 pm KST, Jin unveiled his song I'll Be There, which marks his second song in 2024 after Super Tuna's extended version. It will also be a part of his first solo album, Happy.
I'll Be There is co-written by Jin, American singer-songwriter Max Schneider, Cho Yun-kyoung, Martin Masarov, GHSTLOOP, EVAN, and PDogg. In this song, Jin deals with his sincere feelings and gives the message of spreading happiness and strength to the listeners on the days they are tired.
The song topped the Worldwide iTunes Song Chart alongside the European iTunes Song Chart upon its release. I'll Be There reached No. 1 on iTunes charts in over 60 countries. He also dropped a music video on YouTube alongside the song, which trended at No. 1 on the platform. The music video has surpassed 6.4 million views on YouTube, with over 1.3 million likes at the time of writing.

BTS’ Jin dropped the pre-release song I'll Be There on October 25, 2024, garnering attention from fans eagerly waiting for his solo music release. On October 26, BIGHIT MUSIC unveiled the Live Performance version of I'll Be There, where the singer showcased his vocal skills joined by a band.
The BTS member joined forces with Max Schneider and many other lyricists of I'll Be There. The American singer has previously collaborated with BTS member Suga for the Blueberry Eyes and Burn It. He has also featured LE SSERAFIM's Huh Yunjin on his song STUPID IN LOVE.
Upon the song's release, Max Schneider extended his support to Jin with a cover of the song on Instagram. He captioned the video:
“So honored to have co-written the new JIN of BTS song "I'll Be There". Some of the most fun I've ever had writing a song. Congrats Jin and the whole BTS team.”
Besides this, Jin left heartwarming and hilarious comments on fans' posts on Weverse following the release of the song when a fan stated that they missed Jin.
He replied,
“I assumed that'd be the case so I filled up the MV with just my face since I'm handsome, I convinced everyone to keep my face as the (main) point for this music video.”
One fan admitted to tearing up and praising the lyrics while listening to the song. The Epiphany singer responded,
“For our ARMY, I've to do big thing(s) and not small things. What's so important? I must live to make ARMYs happy [cutely].”

The anticipation for Jin's album Happy is at an all-time high as he will be the last member of BTS to drop his album. It includes six tracks, with the pre-release song I'll Be There and the title track Running Wild.
The other four tracks are Another Level, Until It Reaches You (네게 닿을 때까지), Heart on the Window featuring Red Velvet member Wendy, and In Yearning/Longing (그리움에). Happy is set to be released on music service platforms on November 15, 2024.
