On Tuesday, September 3, the official notification about the world premiere of BTS' RM’s documentary titled RM: Right People Wrong Place was shared via the Korean networking site Weverse. As stated in the announcement, the singer’s upcoming documentary will premiere at the 29th Busan International Film Festival.
The film festival will commence on October 2 and continue until October 11. The official date of release of the film hasn't been disclosed by the production team yet. The dates will be revealed at a later time through the BTS and CJ 4DPLEX Originals channels. The documentary traces RM's exploration of his authentic identity, encompassing his artistic persona as Kim Namjoon and his personal self. RM openly admits that he occasionally experiences a sense of being alienated in traditional environments ("Right Place, Wrong Person") and, conversely, feels misplaced in unconventional circumstances ("Right Person, Wrong Place").
The description further states that Kim Namjoon, aka RM's film also highlights the creative process and emotions involved in the production of albums.

BTS' RM's film has been chosen to be part of the "Open Cinema" segment during the 29th Busan International Film Festival. It will have its first screening at the BIFF Theater, which is located outdoors at the Busan Cinema Center.
