BTS' Jimin writes message for fans on Weverse

On the occasion of Jimin’s 29th birthday, BigHit surprised ARMYs by releasing eight unseen photos of him, which fans couldn't stop gushing over. Adding to the celebration, his fellow BTS members RM and J-Hope shared their own birthday wishes.

RM posted an image from his second debut album sketch, tagging their dongsaeng and adding a salute emoji, which fans interpreted as a nod to his military service.

J-Hope shared a flashback video of Jimin from years ago, capturing a candid moment during a shoot. In the video, while the Promise singer was posing for the official camera, he playfully turned towards J-Hope’s camera, giving a thumbs up and bowing, which made J-Hope laugh. The video was captioned:

“Happy birthday to you.”

Moreover, Jimin himself became active on Weverse to connect with fans. Since he couldn’t do a livestream this year due to his military service, he reassured fans not to worry about him. He acknowledged that his military experience wasn't easy, but emphasized that there were many good people around him who were all working hard during their training.

The idol also expressed his gratitude for the birthday wishes, feeling blessed to celebrate his birthday even while in the military. Jimin shared that he wasn’t sure how he would repay the support but promised to do so in the future. He asked for a bit of patience from everyone.

When discussing a message he was writing, the star admitted he was hesitating, which caused the message to feel somewhat awkward. He concluded by saying he wouldn’t forget that day and expressed his love for ARMY, calling them the most precious fans in the world.
