Jimin and Jungkook reportedly caught up during their military leave in December 2024
Jimin and Jungkook, affectionately known as "Jikook" by fans, recently showcased major friendship goals. Despite their military schedules, the BTS members managed to spend some time together during a brief salon visit in December of last year.
Currently serving in the same unit, the 5th Infantry Division of the South Korean military, the duo is a part of the Key Resolve Training Unit. Since enlisting together on December 12, 2023, they have shared their military journey.
Their recent salon visit was seen as another heartwarming example of their friendship. Fans were particularly touched by the messages they left in their autographs. Jungkook wrote:
“Do your best…That’s awesome.”
While Jimin penned:
“I will always support you.”
Interestingly, the duo enlisted just one day after fellow BTS members Taehyung and RM, who joined on December 11, 2023.
With only five months left until BTS completes their military service and makes their anticipated comeback, fans are eagerly counting down the days. The reunion of all seven members is highly awaited, with hopes high for the group’s next chapter.
