BTS Jin finally dropped his highly anticipated 1st solo album, Happy, on November 15, 2024, accompanied by the official music video of the title track, Running Wild. The music video showcases Jin spending wholesome moments with a pet dog.

The BTS member is seen running away from a deadly meteorite shower that is destroying the city in a car with the pet dog. While many fans who have watched the music video believed that a stunt double did the car driving scene, Jin revealed a shocking truth about the car sequence in his latest Weverse live video.

On November 15, the singer tuned in to a Weverse live-streaming session to give fans an insight into the album while talking about the making of the music video. He said that he drove the car himself, and due to his fine driving skills, the music director was surprised.

“Here the meteorite falls and I was driving like woosh woosh and the MV director said, "I'm scared! Seokjin, go slowly!,” he said.

Hearing this, fans and netizens were surprised that Jin did not pass on his work to a stuntman and took charge of filming the scene. They praised the K-pop idol for his acting and driving skills, as he was seen swerving smoothly in the Running Wild music video.

“Someone cast him in next fast and furious movie,” a fan said.
“I was wondering if they had hired a stunt double for the Running Wild driving scenes because of the swerving. It’s so that Seokjin did the driving himself. He indeed is a good driver,” another fan wrote.
“Bts will never be caught dead using sfx huh bc WHAT DO YOU MEAN THEY RENTED OUT THE WHOLE BRIDGE AND LET JIN FAST AND FURIOUS HIS WAY THROUGH IT ON HIS OWN???,” a user said.

After watching the Running Wild music video, fans continued to compliment Jin for his driving skills.

“Imagine opening the app after almost 24 hours and seeing THIS caption but ofc what else can I even expect from Kim-ssi whose name is alone to make a team win the game, OFC he's without a stunt double in an action scene,” a user stated.
“No, because let’s talk about those swerves… my man is a PRO,” another user wrote.
“Him knowing how to drift might be one of the hottest fact about him honestly,” a fan commented.
