Channel A’s upcoming historical romance Check In Hanyang unveiled its first look and is set to premiere on December 21 at 7:50 p.m. KST, as reported by Naver Entertainment. Set in the Joseon Dynasty, this series follows the lives of four young interns at Yongcheonlu, the largest inn of the era, as they navigate love and personal growth.

The new lobby poster features the main cast—Bae In-hyuk, Kim Ji-eun, Jung Gun-joo, and DKZ’s Jaechan. Each joins Yongcheonlu for unique reasons, and as the welcoming faces of the inn, they bring warmth to the establishment.

Check In Hanyang: Plot and cast

The plot of Check In Hanyang centers on four young people from diverse backgrounds who join as "interns" at Yongcheonlu, the grandest inn in Joseon. These four form unexpected connections as they manage the inn together.

The poster’s tagline, “Here at Yongcheonlu, the customer is king,” hints at the challenges and social dynamics they’ll face, particularly in an era dominated by strict royal hierarchies. The series teases a storyline of camaraderie and romance as these four individuals, regardless of background, work together under one roof.

The cast of this upcoming drama Check In Hanyang includes Bae In-hyuk as Lee Eun-ho, who secretly hides his identity as a prince. Kim Ji-eun portrays Hong Deok-soo, a woman passing as a man. Jung Gun-joo is set to play Cheon Joon-hwa, the inn’s heir, and DKZ’s Jaechan will be Go Soo-ra, the son of a family that’s fallen from grace.
