Jung Woo-sung and Shin Hyun-been, who recently starred together in the romance drama Tell Me That You Love Me, have publicly dismissed rumors of a romantic relationship, as reported by Naver on November 9, 2024. On September 9, both actors’ agencies released official statements, unequivocally denying any dating speculation.
Artist Compay, the agency that represents Jung Woo-sung said:
"The dating rumors linking the two of them are completely untrue.”
Shin Hyun-been’s agency, Yooborn Company, also shut down any dating speculations between the two co-stars. Rumors had circulated, especially among overseas fans, with claims that the pair wore matching accessories and had been seen at the same wine bar. Yet, both agencies were quick to clarify that these assumptions were baseless.

Artist Company, representing Jung Woo-sung, dismissed the claims about supposed “couple items” as “speculation.”
Likewise, Shin Hyun-been’s agency, Yooborn Company, affirmed that the rumors were unfounded, describing them as mere “happenings.”
The agency said:
"It was just a coincidence and the rumors are groundless. The items referred to as couple items were actually coordinated by the production team on-site."
These speculations emerged after their on-screen chemistry in Tell Me You Love Me, which premiered in November 2023.
Jung Woo-sung will next appear in the Disney Plus film Made in Korea, while Shin Hyun-been stars in Yeon Sang-ho’s new film Face. Their agencies have expressed hope that these clarifications will put an end to the speculation.
