On December 6, 2024, BIGHIT MUSIC (now HYBE Labels) announced that BTS' Jimin was featured on the cover of Spotify Wrapped under the 'TOP TRACK & ARTIST 2024 KOREA' category. However, fans were disappointed as the label did not mention his name on the tweet despite posting his picture.

The BTS ARMY lashed out at the label for allegedly failing to mention the Grammy-nominated artist's name and undermining his achievement. One fan highlighted how BIGHIT MUSIC "couldn't even write" the K-pop idol's name in the post and said:

"couldn’t even write his own name what a bitter loser label."

The BTS fandom accused BIGHIT MUSIC of failing to provide enough support to the Slow Dance singer-songwriter's solo album releases and promote them properly.

"We listened to Jimin songs, not BTS," one fan pointed out.
"While we appreciate he's beloved in SoKor too, stop boxing him in! Share about his US and global achievements, that no other member or Korean act made. And provide professional promo and support that Jimin deserves - one that will make solid impact on global playlists and radio!" another fan said.
"WE are very proud of #JIMIN and HIS achievements," another fan said.

Others stressed that the BTS idol's feats were all earned by him without help from his label.

"Jimin is the only artist to get his playlists cover after achieving record or making history by himself, not on day one of music release," one fan wrote.
"Yeah your only organic artist who is fighting alone and give you all thoses acheivements and records but you refuse to support him or give him a Litle push like others . Insteade of brag about his acheivement give him christmas remixe for WHO," another fan stated.
"Thanks for ur zero contribution and congratulations jimin," another fan added.
