On November 8, 2024, BTS' RM’s documentary, Right People, Wrong Place, was seen getting ready for its screening at the upcoming 19th Jogja-NETPAC Asian Film Festival, which will be held at Empire XXI Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

From November 30–December 7, 2024, Yogyakarta will host the 19th Jogja-NETPAC Asian Film Festival (JAFF). BTS' RM’s documentary will be screened on December 3 and 4, ahead of its global premiere on December 5.

The JAFF is Indonesia's main Asian film festival, emphasizing the growth of Asian cinema. This festival not only helps to introduce Asian movies to a wider audience in Indonesia, but it also serves as a platform for the junction of several sectors such as arts, culture, and tourism.

BTS' RM’s fans seemed impressed with the latest recognition his movie received. Consequently, they inundated the internet with their praise for the K-pop idol. Expressing this sentiment, a fan remarked:

“Couldn't be prouder”

Several other mixed responses on the latest achievement of BTS' RM were seen online. While many fans were proud of him, one stated that Namjoon have paved his own ‘path in artistry.’

“OMG!!!! PROUD OF YOU NAMJOON”- wrote a follower.
“I am so loving this arc for joonie. He's moving like an indie artist whose name very few know, but yet is super popular due to his work. Idk, to me it feels like it was his way to dissociate with RM of BTS, to push aside the hate train, and people to just listen to his music”- stated another fan.
“Damn! I am so, so proud to stan such a talented artist who is truly paving his own path in artistry. This is such a huge achievement to have your first-ever documentary screened at not just one, but 2 different film festivals. You truly deserve this! Congratulations RM”- commented an admirer.

Another fan alluded to BTS' RM as a ‘legend’ and his documentary as a ‘masterpiece.’

“RPWP IS TRULY A MASTERPIECE AND RM IS A LEGEND”- remarked another fan.
“I am so happy for him & Team RM.All of this is sooo outside of the Kpop bubble.”- wrote another fan.
“Biggest flex are these screenings which have more meaning.”- commented an admirer.
