The upcoming Disney+ series Knock Off, starring Kim Soo-hyun, has reportedly announced a second season. The news comes even before the release of the drama's pilot season. The story of the drama revolves around South Korea's IMF crisis that occurred in 1997 and the counterfeit market as debt-stricken companies caused a bank crisis, and the nation's funds ran severely low. Park Hyun-suk, who has several film credits to his name, including Stranger 2 and Uncontrollably Fond, will direct the upcoming drama.
The forthcoming Disney+ series will debut in a seasonal style. The producers have officially announced that the dark comedy-drama would have two seasons, totaling 18 episodes, with nine in each season. However, there has been no confirmation on the final release dates of either seasons.
