On Wednesday, October 3, Stray Kids' Bang Chan was asked about Felix's vocals in the group's latest B-side track, Cover Me. The idol kickstarted a livestream on Weverse to spend time with his fans as it was his birthday. During one of the livestream's sections, the idol read a few comments and answered questions.

One of the questions asked Bang Chan, whether a particular vocal part from Cover Me was actually sung by Felix. This was his second time confirming this information as he previously talked about the same at a Stray Kids' concert. This left many STAYs angry and upset. People called out netizens for undermining the Stray Kids members' vocal abilities.

Additionally, many fans also expressed that it was upsetting and unfair for netizens to demand confirmation from Bang Chan.
