According to Celine's post, the store is a seven-story building made from two-tone glass, transparent across the two first floors and smoked over the upper floors. The first floor contains Women's leather goods accompanied by the Maison's collection.

The second and third floors are dedicated to women's ready-to-wear outfits, accessories, and shoes, accompanied by the brand's Beaute line and Haute Parfumerie. On November 15, 2024, South Korean actress Suzy was announced as the newest global ambassador for the Maison. According to Time International, she was thrilled to join as the ambassador. She added that the brand was loved for its designs, embraced several generations, and embodied its long-lasting heritage.

Subsequently, the South Korean K-pop band TWS was appointed the brand ambassador by W Korea on November 22, 2024. The update was accompanied by the members donning their Teddy jackets and jeans. Meanwhile, NewJeans' Danielle was selected as Maison's latest global ambassador on March 22, 2024, through Celine's X post. The brand captioned its post as:

"Celine is pleased to announced that Danielle from NewJeans will represent NewJeans the house as a global ambassador."
