The next slides of the post also had edits of other members, including a clip of V in a Squid Game pink soldier outfit from the PTD on Stage concert in LA. The magazine shared this post on the day of Kim Taehyung’s birthday on December 30. V’s admirers were overjoyed and voiced a desire to see the idol as an actor, as shown in the tweaked Squid Game photo. One user on X stated:

BTS’ Taehyung’s birthday has been celebrated by his fans across different countries
On December 30, BTS’ Taehyung’s fans started planning for his big day with numerous projects and celebrations worldwide. People all over the world have created huge dolls, posters, billboards, screen displays, and more to commemorate BTS’ Taehyung.
Lagos fans showed their love for V with VDAY 2024 four-LED faces billboards displaying Taehyung’s visuals. Vietnam LED Screens showed BTS’ Taehyung in magnificent style. Fans also donated necessary food and supplies for about 6,000 individuals fleeing war-torn Myanmar.
Kim Taehyung’s Chinese fan club, China Baidu V Bar, arranged a birthday exhibit at Yongsan HYBE Park, next to the building. A six-meter V doll and Yeontan and Layover vinyl were displayed at the exhibit.
Indonesian fans worked with MoyFaery to show Taehyung’s LED commercials on 93 stations for V Day. V Day Project even went so far as to decorate multiple Seoul buses with visuals of BTS’ Taehyung.
Currently, V is fulfilling his mandatory military duty after he enlisted in December 2023. His military discharge is projected to take place in June 2025.
