On July 19, Sweet Home season 3 was released on Netflix with a total of 8 episodes. This suspenseful horror drama stars Song Kang, Lee Jin-uk, Lee Si-young, Ko Min-si, Lee So-hyun, and Jinyoung. It recreates a popular scene from the first season, which was highlighted in an exclusive preview on Netflix's YouTube page a day before the premiere.

In Sweet Home season 1, Lee Eun Hyuk (Lee So-hyun) looks at Cha Hyun Soo (Song Kang) and says “Congratulations it's your first love,” with respect to Lee Eun Yoo (Go Min-si). A similar scene is recreated in season 3, where Hyun Soo is surprised to see that Eun Hyuk is alive and well when they meet on a rundown public bus. The encounter sets the stage for a showdown for the ages between neohuman and monster. This is when Eun Yoo enters the scene and Eun Hyuk once again says, “Congratulations on your first girlfriend.”

Sweet Home season 3 is the final season of the series

The dark scary K-drama Sweet Home is adapted from the eponymous webtoon. The synopsis of the latest season on the Netflix site reads—

“In the third and final season of this monster horror series, Hyun-su (Song Kang) is back to face off with fellow monster-human hybrids Eun-hyeok (Lee Do-hyun) and Sang-wook (Lee Jin-uk).”

The third season builds to a climax by resolving all of the loose ends from the previous two. Seoul turns into a dystopian city where humans are turning into monsters. Hyun Soo, who is being eaten by monsters, tries to become human again.

Nam Sang Won, who went into Pyeon Sang Uk's body, goes to the survivors' field with a group of people to get what he wants. And unlike the old rules, they came up with a new condition to make things easier for people with symptoms.

At the same time, Eun Hyuk, reborn this season, returns in a new form as a monster to help Hyun Soo. Sweet Home season 3 will be the end of the desperate battle of those who have to choose between monsters and humans.
