Knock Off’s sneak peek impressed K-drama fans. Consequently, their fans flooded the internet with their enthusiasm for the upcoming lovers-to-enemies drama. One X user wrote:

Kim Soo-hyun and Jo Bo-ah's Knock Off will have 18 episodes

Knock Off will have a total of 18 episodes, which will be released in two parts. The first and second seasons of the show will present nine episodes each.

Kim Seong Jun (Kim Soo-hyun) is the male protagonist of Knock Off. Originally employed as an office worker, Seong Jun loses his job due to the IMF crisis and finds himself involved in the counterfeit market.

He takes over the role of vice chairman, who oversees the expansion of a counterfeiting enterprise. With his intellect, quick response to unexpected situations, and drive, he aims to rule the counterfeit business.

Song Hye Jeong (Jo Bo-ah), the female protagonist, was once in love with Kim Seong Jun. Currently, Hye Jeong is a special judicial police officer whose duty is to combat the sale of counterfeit items.

A strained relationship develops between Seong Jun and Hye Jeong as a result of the operation of counterfeit goods.

The promotional video released by Disney+ featured other K-dramas, including Unmasked, Hyper Knife, Nine Puzzles, Low Life, Temptest, The Murky Stream, and The Manipulated, alongside Knock Off. Although the confirmed release date was not announced yet, these dramas will be released throughout 2025.
