On Monday, July 22, YG Entertainment released a special announcement video where the agency's founder, Yang Hyun-suk, revealed the plans, schedules, and upcoming projects of their artists. Through the announcement, it was revealed that several YG artists have some tours piled up on their schedules.
Starting from the legendary K-pop girl group and the first successful girl group of YG Entertainment, 2NE1, to possible upcoming debuts, the year 2025 is expected to be quite promising for the entertainment agency. While 2NE1 is expected to reunite for their 15th debut anniversary, the third-generation K-pop girl group, BLACKPINK, is also expected to roll out projects together in 2025.
Additionally, the younger groups of YG Entertainment, such as TREASURE and BABY MONSTER, are also expected to roll out tour announcements. On the other hand, two of the WINNER members are scheduled to return from their military enlistments, and the brother-sister duo, AKMU, is also expected to roll out a fresh comeback.

1) BLACKPINK
While the four-piece K-pop girl group is concentrating on their solo projects and releases, they are expected to come together in 2025. Since their contract as BLACKPINK still stands under YG Entertainment, their upcoming projects for 2025 such as a comeback and a world tour, will be rolled out by the agency.
2) 2NE1
The legendary second-generation K-pop girl group who were inactive for quite a while now were announced to return to the stage. For the group's 15th debut anniversary, the group will be rolling out a global world tour. The tour is expected to kickstart in Seoul in October 2024 and seep into Osaka and Tokyo during the months of November and December. The tour will continue to reign until 2025.
3) BABYMONSTER
The rookie K-pop girl group of YG Entertainment, BABYMONSTER, is expected to embark on their first world tour. The expansion of their global-level exposure is expected to kickstart next year.
4) AKMU

7) Next Monster
The last announcement made regarding YG Entertainment's schedule for its artists is Next Monster. The agency is preparing to debut yet another group in the coming months of 2024 or at the beginning of 2025.
