On July 31, 2024, the upcoming Korean film Revolver hosted its VIP premiere in Seoul. The film stars Jeon Do-yeon from Kill Boksoon, Ji Chang-wook from The Worst of Evil, and Lim Ji-yeon from The Glory. The film is scheduled to be released across theatres on August 7, 2024.
At the VIP premiere, several well-known stars from the Korean entertainment industry were reportedly spotted, such as Kim Soo-hyun from Queen of Tears, Bae Suzy from Wonderland, Kim Go-eun from Guardian: The Lonely And The Great God, and Jennie from BLACKPINK, among others.

Revolver narrates the tale of a former police officer, Han So-young (Jeon Do-yeon), who is imprisoned for someone else for a set price. After being released, she sets out to get revenge after learning that the money promised to her has disappeared.
Han So-young learns that Andy is behind the disappearance of her money. She sets out on a hunt to get back her money from Andy. The character of Ha Soo-young, portrayed by Jeon Do-yeon, is unwavering in her search for her target.
Ji Chang-wook portrays Andy, a maniac ruffian who readily abandons commitments and steals Soo-young's money, while Lim Ji-yeon portrays Yoon-sun, a mysterious character who is difficult to identify as a traitor or an ally.
Jeon Do-yeon was previously seen in Kill Boksoon, Crash Course in Romance, The Housemaid, and Emergency Declaration, among others.
Ji Chang-wook is well-known for his Disney+ drama The Worst of Evil, Netflix series Welcome To Samdal-ri, Lovestruck in the City, Suspicious Partner, Healer, The K2, and more.
Lim Ji-yeon rose to fame with the Netflix thriller series The Glory, starring Song Hye-kyo and Lee Do-hyun. She also starred in Lies Hidden in My Garden and The Killing Voice.
The upcoming Korean film also brought together South Korean veteran actors such as Kim Jun-han, Kim Jong-soo, and Jung Man-sik. Revolver is director Oh Seung-uk's first feature film in nine years following Robbery.
