From Jimin's MUSE release to Jin's 2024 Paris Olympics Torchbearer Relay - All you need to know about BTS' Upcoming Schedule

Despite their current enlistment in the military, BTS, the seven-piece K-pop boy group, has been actively releasing music and rolling out projects that were pre-recorded before their enlistment. While ARMYs have always had content to look forward to from the members, the coming days of 2024 have been more packed than ever for the fandom.

Following Jin's discharge from his mandatory military enlistment on June 12, he has been consistently preparing content and projects for fans. Not only has he filmed content for a few South Korean variety shows, but he is also expected to participate in the 2024 Paris Olympics. Jin has been chosen as a representative torchbearer for South Korea and will be participating in the Relay Race with 10,000 other torchbearers.

Meanwhile, the members currently enlisted in the military are also rolling out music and other projects. Jimin is set to release his second solo album, MUSE, and V is expected to release his photobook, TYPE 1, on July 19. Additionally, fans are eagerly looking forward to the upcoming military discharge of another BTS member, j-hope.


All you need to know about the BTS members' upcoming schedule

Almost all members of BTS have project releases and music comebacks that fans can look forward to. Here's a list of the releases by each of the members:


Jin

The eldest member of the group is expected to roll out a series of content in collaboration with W Korea for his recent partnership with the luxury jewelry brand FRED Jewelry. Following this, the idol will participate in the 2024 Paris Olympics.

There is more content without an announced release date. Jin is scheduled to appear on MBC's I'm Glad You Got a Good Rest, with filming having concluded in the last week of June. Additionally, he was spotted filming self-produced content that involved hiking. A similar unknown content was filmed at Posung High School, where the idol was spotted wearing his old school uniform.


RM

While RM has not announced any solo projects, his collaborative TV show with Jimin will be releasing a new episode. The two BTS members have a show called Mini & Moni Music where they discuss topics around music and their musical journey. The latest episode is scheduled to be released on July 20 at 1:30 PM IST on the BANGTAN TV YouTube channel.


Jimin

In addition to his collaborative show with BTS' RM, the idol will be rolling out his second solo studio album, MUSE, on July 19. The album is expected to feature seven tracks, with the title track being WHO. A pre-release single, Smeraldo Garden Marching Band (feat. Loco), was released on June 28.

Additionally, as a commemoration of the album release, a special event called LOVE LETTER TO JIMIN will be conducted. Participants are expected to creatively write a love letter to Jimin, and winners will be chosen through a raffle. The winning prize is an unreleased picture of BTS' Jimin.


Jungkook

The youngest BTS member recently announced that his project, titled I AM STILL, will be coming to theaters soon. While further details have not been revealed, many speculate that it may be a documentary release. Additionally, the idol will be rolling out a travel variety show, Are You Sure?!, which he filmed alongside Jimin.

V

BTS' V is also set to roll out his solo project. His photobook, TYPE 1, is scheduled for release on July 19. The photobook will include incentives such as bookmarks, stickers, etc. To further promote the release, the idol will be organizing a special exhibition across several cities, showcasing the photobook pictures in a different form.

j-hope

As of July 9, ARMYs have hit D-100 for BTS J-hope's return from the military, and fans are quite excited about it. The idol is expected to return on October 17.


With quite a handful of BTS content piled up, fans are eagerly anticipating what's to come.
