On November 4, 2024, the South Korean K-pop group IVE officially announced the release date for their forthcoming collaborative track, Supernova Love, featuring David Guetta. The girl group also shared a thirty-two-second snippet of the upcoming track on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

According to the media outlet News1, the collaboration is part of The Collab X project by the KDM Records. The girl group would act as a musical bridge that would unite Eastern and Western music. The track Supernova Love will be released on November 8, 2024, at 6 pm Korean Standard Time.

This latest collaboration news between the girl group and David Guetta has gone viral. The fans can not contain their excitement, and one fan expressed this sentiment by tweeting:

The six-member South Korean girl group was formed by Starship Entertainment. The members include Gaeul, Rei, Wonyoung, Yujin, Liz, and Leeseo. They made their official debut on December 1, 2021, with the single album Eleven released through Starship Entertainment. The record featured two tracks, including Eleven and Take It.
